Welcome to Reacho! By accessing or using our privacy relay system and QR tag services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Please read these terms carefully before using Reacho. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Services Provided
Reacho provides the following services:
•Privacy Relay System: Relay messages from QR tag scanners to your WhatsApp without revealing your number
•QR Tag Management: Activate, customize, and track QR tags linked to your account
•Analytics Dashboard: View scan counts, messages, and engagement metrics
•Subscription Plans: Premium features for enhanced privacy and capabilities
Your Responsibilities
✅ You Must:
•Provide accurate information during registration
•Use the service lawfully and respectfully
•Keep your account credentials secure
•Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
•Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use Reacho for:
✗Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
✗Spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activities
✗Sharing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
✗Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity
✗Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit our systems
✗Violating the privacy or rights of others
⚠ Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
QR Tag Ownership & Transfer
Ownership: Physical QR tags are sold to you. Digital tag IDs remain linked to your Reacho account.
Activation: Tags must be activated through the Reacho app to function. Unactivated tags cannot relay messages.
Non-transferable:Once activated, tags cannot be transferred to another user's account.
Deactivation: If you delete your account, all tags are permanently deactivated and cannot be reactivated.
Payments & Refunds
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
Subscriptions: Paid plans auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. No partial refunds for unused portions.
Tag Purchases: Physical tags are non-refundable once shipped. Digital-only tags can be refunded within 7 days if unused.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, your subscription may be downgraded or suspended until resolved.
Service Availability
We strive to keep Reacho available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
•Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt service
•WhatsApp API outages may delay message relay
•We are not liable for damages caused by service interruptions
Account Termination
By You: You may delete your account anytime from the Account page. This action is irreversible.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or pose a security risk.
Effect of Termination: All QR tags are permanently deactivated. Subscription refunds are not provided unless required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Reacho is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
•We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
•Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
•We are not responsible for content shared by users via our relay system
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via WhatsApp or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
