At Reacho, we believe your privacy is a fundamental right. Our entire platform is built around protecting your identity through our privacy relay system.

Information We Collect
📱 Contact Information
We collect your WhatsApp number and full name during registration. This is used to verify your identity via OTP and to relay messages from people who scan your QR tags.
🔖 QR Tag Data
Each QR tag you activate is linked to your account. We store the tag ID, activation date, and any custom information you add (name, bio, social links).
💬 Messages & Interactions
When someone scans your tag and sends a message, we store it temporarily to relay it to you via WhatsApp. Messages are automatically deleted after 90 days.
📊 Usage Analytics
We track scan counts, message counts, and interaction timestamps to provide you with statistics. No personally identifiable information about scanners is stored.
💳 Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We do not store your card details. We only keep transaction IDs and order records.

The Reacho Privacy Relay
Your phone number is never visibleto anyone who scans your QR tag. Here's how it works:
1.Someone scans your tag and sees your public profile (name, bio, links).
2.If they send a message, it goes through Reacho's relay system.
3.We forward it to your WhatsApp without revealing their number to you (unless they choose to share it).
4.You stay anonymous. They stay anonymous.
Data Retention
Messages: Relayed immediately and automatically deleted after 90 days of storage.
Account data: Retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account anytime.
QR tags: Tag data is deactivated upon account deletion and cannot be reactivated.
Analytics: Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained for service improvement.
Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services:
WhatsApp Business API: To relay messages and send notifications
Razorpay: For secure payment processing
Shiprocket: For order fulfillment and shipping
These services have their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data required for functionality.
